  • Bulgur 250 g
  • Stew (one can): 325 g
  • Onion 1 pcs
  • Tomatoes 3 pcs
  • Salt taste
  • Parsley taste

Cooking instructions

Bulgur goes well with vegetables. Cereals saturate our body for a long time.
  1. Cut the onions into small cubes.
  2. Boil water, add salt and bulgur. Stir to prevent sticking to the bottom. The cooking time is indicated on the package.
  3. Add onions and carrots. Fry the vegetables in oil for about 5 minutes.
  4. Break the stew into pieces and add them to the skillet Fry the stew with vegetables for about 10 minutes. Cover the skillet with a lid and reduce the heat to soften the vegetables.
  5. Add bulgur to the meat. Stir. Cover and simmer over low heat for some more minutes.
