Cooking instructions

This beef stew Lagman recipe is ideal for both picnics in the countryside and home-cooked meals.
  1. The first stage is preparatory. Finely chop the vegetables and mix the tomatoes and peppers in one bowl and the onions and carrots in another. Add garlic, salt, spices to both.
  2. Let the vegetables sit for a few minutes for the flavors to even out. Meanwhile warm the cauldron and fry the beef stew in vegetable oil. When the color changes slightly, add onions and carrots and mix everything.
  3. Fry until the carrots turn light gold, add cabbage. Continue stewing.
  4. When the cabbage becomes transparent, add the potatoes in cubes.
  5. As soon as the potatoes are softened, add the vegetable mixture. Stir, and only now put salt, pepper, and spices to your taste.
  6. Cook the noodles in a separate pot. Put the noodles on the plates first, and then pour the broth from the cauldron. Lagman is ready. We wish you “bon appetit” and above all - successful cooking!
